Build and Conquer Building Tier List: Housing Cards by Objective

The published housing comparison uses four cards from Fundo's single recording, not every building in the game.

What is the dataset for this comparison?

The four cards are Mid Rise City Apartment 1, 2, 3 and High Rise City Apartment, all visible in Fundo’s housing frame. They share one recording, which avoids comparing a price from that panel with a different creator’s later tower quote. We have not measured every building’s footprint, staffing or long-term profit.

Which card ranks first for each stated objective?

Objective Leading card in this dataset Recorded reasoning
Lowest quoted money per listed resident Mid Rise City Apartment 3 5,000 ÷ 40 = 125
Highest capacity per copy High Rise City Apartment 48 versus 32, 32 and 40
Shortest construction time per copy Apartment 1 and 2, tied 40 seconds each
Known listed operating margin Only High Rise has the required fields verified 225 − 33 = 192; other margins unknown

Apartment 2’s quote per resident is approximately 134.19; High Rise is 136.50; Apartment 1 is 348.75. These are session-card calculations, not current universal base prices. A locked High Rise cannot be treated as the cheapest available opening merely because it wins capacity per copy.

Why is there no overall S/A/B grade for everything?

The source does not establish comparable footprint, utility support or operating margins for all four cards, let alone every building family. A single overall score would hide missing data and the objective you actually care about. Use the calculator to reproduce the known dimensions, then select an eligible live card and budget its current support needs.
