The tower’s 180 residents is a capacity field. 20,000 residents is the level-5 condition named by its tooltip. Its +8 happiness applies to its own residents. The screenshot does not establish every other level-5 requirement.

How do you budget a recorded tower batch?

For two copies using this record, construction money is $140,000 and steel is 1,400. The pair contributes 360 nominal capacity and adds 250 energy demand. Enter both money and steel in the budget tool; sufficient money alone is not proof that the pair can be built.

The listed operating margin is 865 − 126 = $739 per pay cycle per tower. Treat that as a panel-only calculation. Utility support and other city costs can make total finances different, and the video does not establish how quickly every nominal resident arrives.

Is this automatically better than a smaller apartment?
