Build and Conquer Troop Limits: Orders, Launchers and Inventory
Separate the observed ten-vehicle order limit, 100-shared launcher wording and personal inventory from a global army cap.
Which limits are actually visible?
| Screen or field | Recorded limit | What it counts |
|---|---|---|
| Deploy Forces | 3 / 10 vehicles picked | Vehicles selected for this order |
| Shahed-236 launcher tooltip | 100 per city | Placement limit printed on the building tooltip |
| Shahed-236 sidebar | Max 100 shared | Shared allowance wording; scope not fully specified |
| CIWS tooltip | 8 per city | CIWS placements |
| Arrow 3 tooltip | 12 per city | Arrow 3 placements |
The first three come from October 11; the air-defense examples come from October 13. They are source-specific records, not a single combined version formula.

How do you read the deployment counter?
Open Deploy Forces and distinguish Vehicles in Storage, In This Order and Types Ready. The example has 1,025 stored vehicles, three selected and four ready types. Clicking a card adds one; right-clicking removes one. The bottom confirmation names the three selected vehicles.
A ten-vehicle order allowance does not prove that ten is the maximum number owned, manufactured or active across the mainland. Reduce the current selection if it exceeds the displayed order allowance; do not delete stored vehicles based on a mistaken global-cap interpretation.
What does the launcher card add?

The selected launcher requires one Shahed-236 unit, lists $10 upkeep per pay cycle and prints both a 100-per-city placement limit and a max-100-shared line. The evidence does not name every object sharing that allowance. Do not multiply each launcher variant by 100 and promise 300 independent drone slots.
Why are 100 targets and 100 projectiles different?
A target selection counter measures the pending attack selection. The October 15 volley message separately requires a wait before another 100 projectiles. Neither is a storage-capacity readout. When a launch fails, identify whether the interface reports selection, ready stock, placement allowance or a timing wait; the corrective action differs for each. A universal active-soldier cap remains unverified in these recordings.
